IDS’s new patented control system recognises every person’s position in relation to a door and only opens them if a person is entering. Similarly an individual in a queue inside a shop or for example a group of people in conversation outside the shop will not trigger the doors.

IDS’s new door control mechanism will cut miss-triggered door openings by up to 90%., Savings can be calculated on a building by building basis,  In turn this can be equated to a cost saving . We will demonstrate unequivocally the device will pay for itself in a pre-determined time period.  We can also confirm the increased lifecycle of the doors and estimate the maintenance savings.  If an end user was in a hot country, the device would keep the hot air out offering the same benefits.  Less tangible but equally important benefits include better staff morale, and kudos for any businesses adopting sustainable solutions to make the planet greener. 

Our system will set new standards for carbon reduction and energy conservation stopping up to 90% of falsely triggered door openings contributing significantly to the UK’s aim of reducing emissions by 34% by 2020.
